Return and Refund Policy

1. Terms of Return

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.


2. Condition of Return

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unused condition. This means:

  • Candles must be unburned and undamaged.
  • Products should be returned in the original packaging.

Note: Due to hygiene reasons, used candles or products cannot be returned.


3. Reason for Return

We accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Damaged or defective items upon delivery
  • Incorrect product sent (e.g., wrong scent or size)

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you receive a damaged or incorrect item.


4. Process for Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at  CustomerServices@aurafields.co.uk or fill out the contact form on our website at www.aurafields.co.uk.
  2. Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the product if it is damaged or incorrect

Our customer service team will respond within 1-2 business days with instructions on how to proceed with your return.


5. Process of Refund

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

Note: We do not cover shipping costs for returns unless the product was damaged or incorrect. Return shipping costs for non-damaged items are the responsibility of the customer.
